Xcel Energy challenged ThinkShop to help them uncover new product and service ideas that leverage their core competencies and build customer loyalty among current residential and small business customers. ThinkShop led a cross-functional team through a one and a half day creative session that resulted in 15 actionable ideas and numerous other ideas to fill the new product pipeline.
