ThinkShop worked with a division of Tropicana to create a compelling vision and strategies to propel them into a leadership position by the year 2005. A team of division leaders and industry experts, including a food futurist, packaging expert and lifestyle trends expert, assembled at a beach resort for an innovation session. After brainstorming on trends for the year 2025 and staging a beauty pageant for competitive products, the team agreed to the core strategic pillars to drive the business.
