We conducted a dynamic two-day ThinkShop with a cross-functional team to explore the brand's long-range purpose, personality and benefits, and industry and consumer trends. The team molded this rich information into a compelling vision statement and strategic plans, and gained momentum and inspiration to bring the vision to life inside and outside the company. |
