Crown Media successfully introduced the new Hallmark Channel in August of 2001. Prior to the launch, ThinkShop helped an international team create a global brand essence for the channel and outline key strategic elements including key targets, benefits and global creative guidelines. We conducted a series of creative sessions with cross-functional teams from the US, Latin America, UK/Europe and Asia. The work resulted in a compelling brand essence and marketing strategy that served as the foundation for the launch plans.
