This workshop is designed to fundamentally change the way your organization approaches problem solving and innovation. Starting with a clear understanding of how you solve problems today, we emphasize new behaviors like searching for freshness everyday, learning the language of effective problem solving, using prototypes to turn concepts into reality, identifying blocks to innovation in your organization and putting great ideas on the fast track.
